If you cancel your lesson or hire of the arena with 7 days or more notice then there will be no cancellation fee.

If you cancel your lesson or hire of the arena within 7 days then the full cost will be charged, unless cancellation is due to adverse weather conditions (snow or severe ice on the roads) or if someone else can be found to replace your time slot.
